While I work with lots of agencies and design marketing plans and websites for many businesses I have a niche. My niche is Tree Care companies. When I solidified myself as an expert in the Tree Care Industry I gained more business and I was able to charge a lot more. I ave never climbed a tree or started a chainsaw but I helped a local tree company make 1.8 million last year with our digital marketing plan.
I am also an expert in martial arts so that was another great niche for me. While I have focused on the Tree Care side of marketing recently I have a person friend that is making 70K a month in a martial arts niche. When I asked them what the secret to their success was they said…”I was earning 30K a year until I got laser focused on a niche!”
