I have been involved in MLM businesses in the past. I was a leader of the MLM company Advocare and I got out right before the business collapsed and every distributor lost everything. In my time in Advocare and other MLMs I realized the lie they sell you is that you own a business but you don’t actually have ownership in anything. I wanted to change this dynamic at Freedom Wave. I wanted to find a way for people to work together in a commission based setting but still have ownership of their agencies.
